Nel laboratorio S.A.O si effettuano riparazioni e revisioni di orologi di qualsiasi marchio, da Girard Perregaux a Oris, Ebel, Omega, Baume & Mercier e Rolex.
Si eseguono lucidature complete di cassa e bracciale e rimesse a nuovo a regola d’arte, in un reparto attrezzato con utensili specifici di nuova generazione.
Il laboratorio viene mantenuto costantemente all’avanguardia dal punto di vista della tecnologia utilizzata per effettuare le riparazioni, siamo sempre aggiornati su nuovi strumenti e utensili per eseguire qualsiasi tipo di intervento.
Le fasi di lavorazione iniziano con il ricevimento del bene nel nostro atelier: l’orologio viene registrato nel nostro sistema informatico, un tecnico si occupa della diagnosi e successivamente viene comunicato il preventivo al cliente.
Due persone alla reception tengono sempre aggiornato lo stato della riparazione, in modo da poter fornire al cliente un riscontro immediato.
L’assistenza e la manutenzione dell’orologio si conclude con il controllo di qualità, effettuato da un tecnico specializzato, e con le consuete prove di impermeabilità e funzionamento nelle 48 ore.

We perform complete cash and bracelet-polishing and revamp, in a department equipped with new generation specific tools.
The laboratory is constantly kept at the forefront of technology used to make repairs, and we are always up to date on state of the art new instruments and tools to perform any work.
The processing steps begin with the receiption of the goods in our “atelier”: the watch is first recorded in our IT system, then a technician deals with the diagnosis and subsequently we can communicate the estimate to our customer.
Two people at the reception keep an updated record of the repair progress, in order to be able to provide the customer the necessary feedback at any stage of the repair process.
The watch repair operation ends with quality control, carried out by a specialist, and with the usual tests of waterproof resistance and functioning over 48 hours.
